Dpulls communicates with the GitHub hosting service ("GitHub", which is offered by GitHub Inc.) on the customer’s behalf. The customer must have a valid GitHub account and must have agreed to GitHub’s terms of service. Any costs associated with opening or maintaining the customer’s GitHub account are the customer’s sole responsibility. The customer will provide Dpulls with its GitHub account information (the “GitHub Sign-In”) when signing into GitHub via dpulls.com (the “Website”). The customer consents to Dpulls accessing the customer’s GitHub account. Dpulls will directly communicate in the name of the customer and in its own name with GitHub, and the customer authorizes Dpulls to act on its behalf towards GitHub Inc. The customer is solely liable for any costs or damages that GitHub Inc. associates with the GitHub Sign-In.Dpulls provides an online, automated management service ("Service"). It is integrated with GitHub. To provide the Service, Dpulls will access the customer's GitHub account on the customer's behalf. Dpulls will have access to pull requests and checks of a GitHub repository specified by the customer and will act accordingly based on the service rules. Dpulls will never store details of the customer's code. No consultancy, training, troubleshooting is within the scope of the services offered by Dpulls under these Terms.
Using Dpulls requires the opening of an Account at https://www.dpulls.com by using the customer’s GitHub Sign-In. Dpulls may only be used by GitHub users. By opening an Account with Dpulls, the customer is deemed to accept these Terms. An Account may only be used by one single person. The customer is entitled to create separate accounts for its employees. The person opening the account represents that they have the legal authority to bind the legal entity they act for and provide the GitHub Sign-Ins to Dpulls. If the customer chooses a paid plan, the customer agrees to pay Dpulls the fees set out in the pricing section at https://www.dpulls.com from time to time. Dpulls’s fees will be collected automatically as part of the customer’s payments service. You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge the payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation. We offer a 21-day free trial to new users who register with the Site. The account will be charged according to the user’s chosen subscription at the end of the free trial. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. The customer must not interfere or intend to interfere in any manner with the functionality or proper working of Dpulls. Dpulls will use reasonable commercial endeavors to ensure that the Service is performed substantially in accordance with the Service specification and in a timely and professional manner. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. Dpulls will use reasonable commercial endeavors to ensure that any defects in the Service shall be remediated within a reasonable time following a detailed notification of such defect being given to Dpulls by the customer.
Dpulls or its suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on Dpulls’s Website, even if Dpulls or an authorize representative of this Website has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage.
